From 1909 until his death in 1929 Serge Diaghilev entertained, inspired and shocked his audiences with his innovative, spectacular ballets. Genius artists 🎨 such as Juan Gris, Henri Matisse, Natalia Goncharova, Léon Bakst, Sonia Delaunay and many others created magnificent costumes and decors.
🤓 We continue to present a series of music discoveries from those collaborations 💃
🎼 Diaghilev’s vibrant Russo-Oriental presentations rocked the artistic sensibilities of Paris. These were the radiantly voluptuous fantasies that changed not only the course of ballet but made a huge impact on Music & Arts.
